Peaks Construction Services carries out groundworks, foundations and general building work for homeowners across Darlington, Teesside and County Durham.
GROUNDWORKS & FOUNDATIONS
It starts
below ground.
Everything we build depends on what goes in first. We excavate and pour foundations to suit the ground and the structure going on top, lay concrete bases and slabs, and set out the work accurately so walls, frames and buildings sit level and square.
For work covered by Building Regulations, we arrange the Building Control inspections at the right stages, including checking the foundations before any concrete is poured.

Foundations
Strip foundations for extensions, garden walls and outbuildings, excavated and inspected before the concrete goes in.

Concrete bases
Level bases and slabs for garden rooms, sheds, workshops and hard standing, laid on a properly compacted sub-base.

Groundworks
Excavation, site clearance and preparation, ready for the build or landscaping that follows.

General building
Brickwork, blockwork, repairs and alterations, plus fencing, gates and garden structures outside.
